Returns Policy

  • The User is entitled to cancel an order at any time, as long as the cancellation occurs before Mild n Wild dispatches the order for delivery. Once the products have been delivered by Mild n Wild to the User, returns are only permitted in accordance with the terms set out in our returns policy.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return of unopened products within seven days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unused, in original packaging, and include all original tags and accessories for a refund or exchange. Product availability may affect exchange options. Due to the perishable nature of our Atchars, Pickles, Sauces and Condiments, Users are kindly requested to store these products in the fridge until the shipping company collects them. Final sale products, custom or personalized goods cannot be returned or exchanged and opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • To start a return or exchange, contact our User service team via email with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for return or exchange and photographic evidence if applicable. We will guide you through the process. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the item was defective/damaged. We may ask you to return the affected items in their original packaging, or we may arrange for replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of our approval or rejection. We reserve the right to request additional information or deny returns or refunds if the Products show signs of use, tampering, or are returned outside the specified window. Approved returns will be reimbursed for the purchase price paid by the User for the product, excluding any applicable delivery costs and/or charges to your original payment method within 30 days however we will try our best to process the refund quicker. This period covers the time required for Mild n Wild to receive the return shipment from the User, the processing time for Mild n Wild once the return is received, and the duration needed for the User’s bank to complete the refund transaction.
  • The User will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to Mild n Wild. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. The User bears the risk of loss or damage to the products until Mild n Wild has received them.
  • Items returned that do not meet the above criteria or that have not been authorized by our customer service team may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • If you have not received a refund after the processing period, please double-check your bank account and contact your payment provider. If you still need help, reach out to our customer service team.
  • No section of these Terms relating to Mild n Wild’s cancellation and returns policy shall override or be construed to limit any of the Consumer’s non-waivable statutory rights, where applicable. If and to the extent that the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (“CPA”) applies, Consumers have the right to return products with material defects in accordance with the provisions of the CPA.
